Established in 1986 Micron Gauges specialises in the design and manufacture of dedicated precision gauging systems. These incorporate the fixtures and measuring devices which are then equipped with a readout system for manual data recording or a module to interface with a computer for automatic data collection and SPC package.

Our gauging fixtures are designed to measure not only linear measurements of length, position, internal and external diameter but also geometric features including run-out, ovality, squareness, parallelism and so forth. These make complete inspection possible in a matter of seconds rather than hours as with conventional measuring instruments. Results are available instantly displayed right at the machine where they are needed most.

Although we are happy to work from your drawings Micron Gauges is renowned for its in-house design.
